1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 444bk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 444bk website at 444bk.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing 444bk, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 444bk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 444bk platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the 444bk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of your agreement with 444bk.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 444bk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 444bk strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be suspended and any balances returned at 444bk's discretion.
• You are accessing 444bk as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 444bk or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
• You are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where the receipt of online gambling services is unlawful.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, including the financial obligations arising from gambling activity.
• You do not have an existing 444bk account that has been suspended, closed, or subject to self-exclusion. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 444bk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by 444bk during the registration or subsequent verification process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 444bk will never ask you to share your password with any member of its support team or any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 444bk immediately via the support contact at [email protected].

444bk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444bk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 444bk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and direct bank transfer via selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard payments are also accepted where available.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Deposits are credited to your 444bk account immediately upon confirmed receipt. 444bk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 444bk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending KYC completion.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may only be withdrawn to that same method unless otherwise agreed by 444bk in writing.
• 444bk reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week, which will be communicated to players via the account dashboard.
• Any deposits made in error must be reported to 444bk support promptly. 444bk will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds from third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

444bk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 444bk bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each offer.
• 444bk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering commitments already made by a player in good faith on an active bonus will be honoured.
• Free spins and free bet awards are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused free spins or free bets expire automatically at the end of the validity window and cannot be extended.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the defined wagering mechanism.
• Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers unless they update their marketing preferences in their account settings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game outcomes on 444bk are final once settled, subject only to the error correction provisions below. Players accept that the result of any sporting event (including cricket matches under the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures) is governed by the relevant sporting body, and 444bk settles markets in accordance with official results as declared by those bodies.

Sports Betting: Pre-match bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and the odds prevailing at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. 444bk reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including during live events where data reliability is in question.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game's software provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt) and are independently audited. 444bk does not modify RTP settings at the platform level.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444bk platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where legally required:

5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the 444bk platform in a manner not available to manual human players.
6. Interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the 444bk platform's software, databases, game logic, or security systems in any way.
7. Underage Access: Attempting to access 444bk while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a minor.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444bk platform — including but not limited to the 444bk brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 444bk or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444bk platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 444bk platform without the prior written consent of 444bk.

Game content displayed on 444bk is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the 444bk platform, including but not limited to:

444bk's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 444bk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Suspension & Closure

444bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if 444bk reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction of the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or closure under the responsible gaming provisions.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

On closure of an account, any verified, legitimate balance remaining (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments

444bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 444bk operates primarily for players located in Bangladesh and applies fair and transparent policies consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming platforms.
